Description
Here Comes the Water - Officials from the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District stood by approvingly Saturday as water from the Feather River in northern California cascaded into new Westlake Reservoir during dedication ceremonies. Standing near water pump from left are Oscar Hansen, director; Will Stokes, water district general manager; John Roecker, director; and A. MacNeil Stelle, water district board of directors president.
