The two gentlemen in Army uniforms wearing their hats have the insignia of the 1st and 2nd Filipino Infantry Regiments of World War II on their sleeves. The insignia has a volcano representing the area where units were stationed, and the three stars represent the three Philippine islands from the Philippine Coat of Arms.
