Description
William H. Spurgeon poses in front of the second Spurgeon Building at the southwest corner of Fourth and Sycamore streets. The two-story brick building offered retail space on the ground floor, with offices and a public hall above. Built in 1882, it was torn down in 1913 to make way for the present Spurgeon Building.
