Description
The view is looking northeast across the canyon. The two-story building in the center is the hotel. The buildings on the left are also seen in photos CFLS_044 and CFLS_048. San Juan Hot Springs (or Capistrano Hot Springs) was a popular local vacation spot from the 1870s to the 1930s. They are located along the Ortega Highway (SR 74) in what is now the upper end of Caspers Wilderness Park.
