Description
Flaming Oil - Fireboat is silhouetted, above, against burning Mobil Oil pier on Rincon, eight miles north of Ventura. Blaze broke out about 4:15 p.m. yesterday and destroyed 22 oil wells. At right, lone fireman on prow of Coast Guard cutter fights pier flames from underneath.
