This scrapbook depicts the pictorial progress of the construction of the Language Arts-Social Science Building on the Saratoga campus of West Valley College. Architects and engineers: Reid and Tarics Associates and Higgins and Root. Contractors: Horne-Zwick Construction, co-general; J.W. McClenahan, co-mechanical; Steiny and Mitchell, inc., electrical. The two-page color map of the campus indicates the location and orientation of the photographer.
