G.E. (Jerry) Carlet, engineering director of Potrero Homes, points to section of five-acre park adjacent to Cypress School site near Reino Road, as Victor H. Palmieri, president of Janss Corporation, Dr. Donald Hirlinger, vice chairman of Conejo Recreation and Park District board, Frank Ray, general manager of the district, and Warren Cooley, director of parks, look on. Site was donated by Janss Co. and Luxury Homes, Inc.
