Description
This Scrapbook depicts the pictorial progress of the construction of the Engineering Technology Building (currently known as the Applied Arts and Sciences Building) on the Saratoga campus of West Valley College. This building was the first constructed on the Saratoga campus which was designed by Reid and Tarics, Architects and Engineers, and Higgins and Root, Architects. The aerial photograph on the inside cover indicates the location and orientation of the photographer.
