Description
Eight students walking in front of Hayden Hall named after the founder of Citrus Junior College, Floyd S. Hayden. Joyce Nasser, Joyce Kelly, girl, girl, Jean Shore, Linda Van Vliet, girl and boy.
Hayden Hall was built as a large lecture hall, completed in the summer of 1934, and dedicated on January 18, 1935. Converted to the Health Center in the 1960s. Building architecture included a tile roof and arcade. Dress code for girls was white blouse, any colored sweater, black or brown skirt, bobby socks, saddle shoes or penny loafers.
