Description
This water tower, pictured in 1912 on Azalea Street in Ivanhoe, CA, was owned by the W. B. March family, who also owned the local lumber company. The March family sold water privately. The well was purchased by the Ivanhoe Public Utility District in 1952. The District's office is located adjacent to this site. (Photo courtesy of Jerry Hobbs)
