This exhibition catalog includes reproductions of artwork from the twenty-eighth annual juried exhibition sponsored by the Associates of Brand Library & Art Center and held at the Brand Library Art Galleries in Glendale, California, December 12, 1998 through January 15, 1999. The exhibition was juried by Arthur L. Kaye, a past-president of the National Watercolor Society and Southern California-based artist. The catalog includes a complete list of artists exhibited and award winners. The Associates Purchase Award was given to ""Lost Citadel"" by Bonese Collins Turner; the work is in the permanent collection of the Associates of Brand Library & Art Center.
