Bowling at the 1985 California State Championships in San Diego, pictured from left to right are Virgie Castaneda, Josie Castaneda, Belen Castaneda, and Edith Castaneda. The Castanedas were part of a local league, and the league competed all over the county and qualified to represent Ventura at the state championship games. Team members practiced at Tournament Bowl on Saviers Boulevard in Oxnard.
