Description
Onward and Upward -- Thousand Oaks 'city hall' is undergoing major expansion as city takes over more county functions. Cantilevered beams will support enlarged council chambers at 1429 Thousand Oaks Blvd., where city leases office space on second floor. Expansion will about double existing office space of city, and make room for new city departments of building and safety and engineering, plus proposed increase in planning staff.
