Description
A brochure, wirtten by G.C. Henderson and Robert A. Oliver, and featuring the photography of Edward Weston. The official program and souvenire of the Knights of Pythias Carnival, the brochure provides details about Tropico's history and describes present-day Tropico as an idylic place to move. At the time, Tropico was an unincorporated, primarily agricultural area of Los Angeles, located just south of Glendale along the east side of the Los Angeles River.
