Full title:Sue Miura is shown making change for a customer at her restaurant in Denver, Colorado. She transferred to the Granada Center from Manzanar January 27, 1943, and on July 7 of the same year she came to Denver and went into partnership with the chief cook at the Nikko restaurant.
