Description
Full title:Closing of the Jerome Center, Denson, Arkansas. An evacuated block in a far corner of the Jerome Center as it looked a short time after the residents had been moved to other centers. Residents did not leave their homes in an untidy condition, however, there was necessarily a great quantity of scrap lumber, etc., strewn about and this picture was made to contrast with some of the blocks where residents maintained their gardens to the last minute.
