Full title:This fertile valley in Santa Cruz County, of which Watsonville is the center, contains much acreage owned by evacuees. Strawberries and vegetables are bringing the highest prices in history and can readily be disposed of. No incidents have occurred. Those who have returned are quickly getting back into harness.
