Full title:Tsukasa Sakuma and Torao Hayano, two Washington farmers, are here shown operating a tractor spray on a large farm near Chicago, where they are now employed. The spray combats potato blight and as much as four thousand gallons a day are mixed and spread by these former evacuees from the Minidoka Relocation Center. Photographer: Mace, Charles E.
