Description
Full title:The Howard Hisayan family in one corner of their barracks home. The furniture, constructed with much ingenuity by Howard, was made from scrap lumber and mail order material. Howard is foreman of the warehouse where he keeps track of supplies from food to machinery. Seattle born, he was a resident of El Monte, California, before the evacuation of all persons of Japanese ancestry from that area. Photographer: Parker, Tom Heart Mountain, Wyoming.
