Full title:Momoyo Yamamoto, formerly from Fresno, California, shown here topping a large Daikon, a large radish like vegetable which is a great delicacy among the Japanese people. It is eaten raw, cooked or pickled. The seed for this crop was loaned by Min Omata, unit foreman, from Fresno, California.
