Description
Full title:Mrs. Miyeko Fukusawa and her two-year-old son, Johnny, at the home of Mrs. Buell Hammet in the hills overlooking Santa Barbara. Mrs. Fukusawa, nee Miyeko Ota, is employed as nurse in the Hammet home, a position she held prior to evacuation. Mrs. Fukusawa left Gila River on March 31, and together with her parents, the K. Otas, returned to California. The Otas, father, mother, and two sons, are again operating their lemon ranch in the hills near Carpenteria. John Fukusawa, Miyeko's husband, is overseas with our armed forces. Photographer: Mace, Charles E. Santa Barbara, California.
