Full title:Japanese-American women prepare to return to their California ranch home. Mrs. Sumiye Sugimoto, 26, marks a box of household goods for shipment to Redwood City, California, while her sister, Miss Keiko Adachi, 22, looks on. The Western Defense Command's mass exclusion of Japanese-Americans ends today and they plan to leave this Central Utah Relocation Center within two or three days. Mrs. Sugimoto's husband and brother are in the army. Another brother, Ryuja Adachi, is a Japanese language drillmaster at Stanford University's Civil Affairs Training School.
