Scannel, St. Cecelia Roman Catholic Church; and Clyde E. Murray, executive director, East Harlem Council. Standing are (left to right): Percival Brundage, chairman, New York Unitarian Service Committee; Kenji Nogaki, formerly of Seattle and the Tule Lake Relocation Center, chairman, Resettlement Council of Japanese American Organizations in New York City; Rev.
