Description
Full title:George Yamamoto from Gila River Relocation Center is sharecropping on the Heston farm, Newtown, Pennsylvania, assisted by Tamekichi Fujiwara and Sadao Ono, also from Gila. After working for Mr. Heston during 1944, Mr. Yamamoto returned to Gila to get his family. Now they are all at Heston's, and with the help of the Bucks County Board of Assistance, Mr. Yamamoto is sharecropping some of the Heston acreage growing vegetables for the nearby Campbell's Soup Cannery.
