Description
Full title:George Shoji is shown helping his neighbors across the road to operate a cutter and blower as he helps the neighbor fill his silo with green corn which is cut before it is matured into small lengths and blown into a tall silo on the Charles Rohloff farm. It will be used as stock feed during the winter. Mr. Sakamoto with two other resettler families operates a 120-acre vegetable farm on shares. They are all from Rohwer. Mr. Sakamoto is well pleased with the local arrangement under which neighbors help each other in rush periods. Photographer: Iwasaki, Hikaru Elkhorn, Wisconsin.
