Full title:Sacramento, Calif.--Harvey Akio Itano, 21, 1942 graduate of the University of California, who received his B.S. degree in Chemistry with the highest scholastic record of all candidates for degrees. He was chosen by the Faculty as University Medalist of 1942. He could not attend commencement exercises as evacuation of all residents of Japanese ancestry was ordered previously.
