Full title:Seated at the dresser in the bedroom of her New York City apartment, Mrs. Tatsuo Hasegawa, who came east from Seattle in 1939, chats with two other Nisei. Reclining on the bed is her niece, Constance Murayama, student evacuee from Tule Lake, who received her master of arts degree in June 1944 from Smith College.
