Unsigned; chopmark: "RCAF" in red located inside image area underneath the eagle figure. Flag for "Huelga - RCAF - UFW AFL-CIO." Big white circular shape inside which is the black United Farm Workers eagle. The lettering is black and reads: "Huelga / UFW AFL-CIO." The flag has several holes produced by push pins.
