Description
Mural on a concrete Chicano Park freeway underpass depicts a feathered serpent. Along its body is the word "Itzcalli", with skeletal hands inside each of the letters except the "T", which is formed by the figure of a bird. A homeless encampment is visible beneath the underpass.
