In front of the building, there is a corner sign which reads, "Mission" and "24th St." Black text framed within a black border below the house reads, "Produced By: MECA - Mission Economic Cultural Association [/] Sponsored By: 24th Street Merchants Association [/] Funded In Part By: Grants For The Arts."
