Annotations/Markings: Signed "よし田" (Yoshida) with rectangular relief seal "博" (Hiroshi) at lower left corner. Printed in left margin "自摺 東京拾二題 昭和三年作 落合徳川ぼたん園" (self-printed Twelve scenes of Tokyo, 1928, Ochiai Tokugawa peony garden). Inscribed in lower margin "Tokugawa Peony Garden Hiroshi Yoshida."
