Description: Picture of an eagle with wings spread out. It clutches a snake with his talons. Background of image is lavender. Bottom of image are waves colored green, white, and red. At very bottom of image reads "Public Information and Education Committee; Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 1555; Oakland CA; May 5, 1983." Image set on red posterbacking.
