Description: Painting in unknown media is of a man whose hands and thumbs are bound. He is in the custody of two armed men in green uniforms. A third uniformed man detains a man on the ground. In front of the arrested man are two women in rebozos and a man in a red helmet. A multitude of elderly gentlemen with white hair watch the affair from the other side of a chain-link fence.
