Description
Aztec dancers surround a large ofrenda at the Fiesta de Colores, March 1980, at Southside Park, Sacramento. "In setting up for the main altar, representatives (guardians) from each direction make offerings. Picture from right to left: Josie talamontez [sic], Rosa Hernandez, Jennie Baca, LaLa Polendo, (next two people are unidentified). They are representing the "west" direction of women. "
