Description: Pro-line vinyls on acid-etched concrete freeway support pillar, Chicano Park, San Diego. Mural depicts a man stretching his arms out to parallel the wings of the UFW (United Farm Workers) huelga eagle behind him. In front of him stands his wife, and in front of herm their son, who holds a book entitled "Leyes".
