Picture of a statue of Simon Bolivar on a horse. In the background is a map of South America with Panama, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Bolivia highlighted. Background color is a gradient of blue. To lower right side of poster in black letters reads "Dedication of the Statue Honoring Simon Bolivar, a Gift from Venezuela to the People of San Francisco." this is also translated in Spanish. In red letters at very bottom is the time, date, and place. The artist of any work retains all rights to that work. Copyright has not been assigned to the Regents of the University of California.
