Description
A panoramic view of the ruins of San Francisco after the earthquake and fire of April, 1906. The vantage point is from the south slope of Nob Hill, from the proximity of the grounds of the Mark Hopkins Art Institute, and encompasses downtown from Telegraph Hill at left to City Hall at right.
