Description
Wood and chain link fence. This work comments on the border. Two stairsteps are mounted on the wall. One is covered with a chain link fence and has the words "Tijuana 1984" carved into it; the other stairsteps has the points of nails sticking from it in a threatening way and a shoe nailed down on a bottom step. Also visible are the words: "San Diego 1984". These steps also were used in the Donkey Cart Altar.
