Announcement Poster for "Independence For Puerto Rico." The background is the Puerto Rican flag whose white star is a cut-out shape showing a people of different ages and a woman who is coming out of the star. She is rising her fist as in a revolutionary gesture. On the top of the image, white lettering reads: "Demonstrate for July 4th." Edits by Juan Fuentes state that the artist of this piece is either Dina Redman or Miranda Bergman. The artist of any work retains all rights to that work. Copyright has not been assigned to the Regents of the University of California.
