Description
From Art from Jail Exhibition at Galería de la Raza. Painting of indeterminate media depicts the suffering and death that result from drugs and violence amidst an urban skyline. A coffin hovers portentously in the middle ground, and half of the earth is visible in the sky. A cholo is tied to a rocket that doubles as a hypodermic needle; mushroom cloud in rear.
