Description
A two-wheeled carreta has the painted image of a man with his hands raised in the air and a border patrol agent frisking him on its backboard. Stairsteps in from the piece have "1985 San Diego" painted on them. On the back of the cart is a Xerox of a photograph and information which identifies it as a "portrait of Francisco Sanchez, shot to death by the border patrol on December 8, 1980". Detail is of the photograph and its surrounding adornments.
