Description
Annotations/Markings: Inscribed "層厓雲隔" with signature "玉堂" and seal of Gyokudō at upper right corner. Also inscribed in upper left quadrant "竹外桃花 / 三両枝蔞 / 蒿満地 / 蘆芽 / 短正是 / 河豚 / 欲上時" (Beyond the bamboo and the / two or three sprigs of peach blossoms / artemesia covers the ground / and short reeds spring forth. / This is the time when the blowfish appears. -- trans. Stephen Addiss) with the attribution XXXXXX "蘇東坡" (Su Shi) and signed "梅厓書" with one seal preceding inscription and one seal following signature at left edge.
