Attached is Commanding Officer McIver's cover letter, dated May 9th, and the May 8th report of Colonel T. Waln-Morgan Draper, Engineer Officer, detailing the construction work.
Report of May 7, 1906 submitted by W.J. Bartnett, Chairman, documenting the labor for buildings erected in Golden Gate Park to provide housing for the homeless after the San Francisco earthquake and fire of 1906,
Under the supervision of Major George W. McIver of the 4th U.S. Infantry.
