Two Mexican American sailers attempt to hitch rides from the Navy Training Center to their homes in Chavez Ravine, near present day Elysian Park and Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.
Bus lines to and from Chavez Ravine and the rest of Los Angeles were contested throughout the 1940s and 1950s.
