Description: Proposal and presentation by Gina Montoya; commissioned Award, $50,000. Mural designed for outdoor stage area and bench area that are used for public functions at the Medical Center. Designed to create a pleasant environment for patients and staff who will be there to reflect on their problems or just to eat lunch and enjoy the setting and art work.
