Home of Josiah C. Thomas on 619 N. Spurgeon. First Methodist Episcopal Church on the corner of 6th and spurgeon at the far right. The carriage house is visible down the driveway; the horse and buggy wait by the house. The building to the left is unidentified. Mr. Thomas was the great great grandfather of the donor, Dawn Alvarez. His land was called the "Thomas addition" and he donated the property for the Methodist Episcopal Church on the corner.
