Color photograph of two men holding the Olympic flag during the Cycling Road Race event of the 1984 Summer Olympic Games. The Cycling Road Race event took place in Mission Viejo, California on July 29, 1984. The flag was flown during the event. The two men holding the flag are Philip J. Reilly (on the left) and Ziggy Wilczynski (on the right). Philip Reilly was a former president of the Mission Viejo Company, and the flag is being presented to him. The two men are standing side by side holding the flag from the top so that it falls in front of them with the Olympic rings of the flag fully displayed. The men are wearing white baseball caps with the Mission Viejo logo on them. On the back of the photograph is written "P20051107.09" in black ink and "camjl240" in pencil.
