This home is in the Upland Historic Resources Survey, described as a Craftsman style home. Other sources describe the home as Shingle Style Victorian architecture. The property was sold to the Rohrig family in 1896. The property was in the Rohrig family until 1992. The property was a part Giant Inland Empire RV Center, and is currently (2008) home to Golden State Business Bank.
