Description
Residents of Mill Valley House including women, men, children, and a dog, standing and seated in front and some hanging out the windows. Sign on building says "Mill Valley House", "Mill Valley Restaurant", "Palace Ice Cream & Lunch Parlors", three hard to read signs say "Report", "Ice", and "Examiner". Location is at about 38 Miller Avenue, now Jennie Low's, before that Old Brown's furniture. John Burt lived there prior to his marriage.
