Black and white photograph of the backyard and back exterior of a Mission Ridge model home in Mission Viejo, California. The photograph appears to have been taken from the top of the backyard's slope, so the viewer is looking down into the yard and over the back of the house. Adjacent to the slope is a rectangular swimming pool. There is lawn area on the right and left side of the pool and a cement patio between the pool and the house. The facade of the house is uneven with the right and left sides of the house extending into the backyard from the house's center. The house has a wood shake roof, light stucco siding, and two chimneys. There are shrubs and trees on the grassy slope and in the yard. There is a golf course and land- grading at the top of the photograph that the home would be facing. On the back of the photograph is printed in red ink, "Photographed by Douglas Craig & Associates, 1715 Monrovia Ave., Costa Mesa, California (714) 642-6791."
